simple smtp client and server for node.js

Installation

$ npm install smtp2

Example

smtp client:

smtp.send({
  from: '[email protected]',
  to: '[email protected]',
  subject: 'hello world',
  body: 'This is a test message, do not reply.'
}).then(res => console.log(res));

smtp server:

const smtp = require('smtp2');

const server = smtp.createServer();

server.on('client', client => {
  console.log('Client connected');
  client.on('QUIT', () => {
    console.log('Client disconnect');
  });
});

server.on('message', message => {
  console.log('Incoming Message:', message);
});

server.listen(2525);
